  • Core Strategies for Preventing and Managing Chronic Disease (Part 1): Optimizing digestive health and bowel function
  • Normalizing biological rhythms through behavioral regimens and balanced lifestyle
  • Ayurvedic Herbology (Part 1): Fundamentals of Ayurvedic herbal therapeutics
  • Clinical Workshop: Diagnosis of mind-body type (Prakriti)
  • Clinical Protocols: Chronic digestive disorders, including GERD, IBS, chronic constipation and other functional digestive conditions

  • Core Strategies for Preventing and Managing Chronic Disease (Part 2): Reducing stress and optimizing mind-body balance
  • Mental Health: The Ayurvedic perspective
  • Consciousness and Health: Research on the Transcendental Meditation® technique
  • Ayurvedic Herbology (Part 2): Use of aromatherapy, decoctions, and spices
  • Personalized Ayurvedic approach to nutrition and dietetics
  • Clinical Workshop: Assessment of imbalances (Vikriti)
  • Clinical Protocols: Mental health, including anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders; hypertension; and headache.

  • Total Heart Health : A model holistic program
  • Women’s Health: Child bearing years, menopause and longevity
  • Clinical Workshop/Case Problems: Evaluation and work-up of patients
  • Clinical Protocols: Coronary heart disease; gynecological disorders including menstrual disorders and menopausal syndrome; and musculoskeletal disorders.

  • Obesity: Assessment and treatment in Maharishi AyurVeda
  • Sthapatya Veda & Vastu: Vedic architecture principles – Creating balance through the influence of the near environment
  • Clinical Workshop/Case Problems: Evaluation and work-up of patients
  • Clinical Protocols: Common respiratory disorders, obesity, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
